These rules govern the use of the SeoBoost platform. They are written in clear language and form an integral part of our public offer.
General provisions
SeoBoost connects advertisers and workers for lawful promotional activities and research tasks.
By using the platform, you agree to follow these rules and applicable law.
Roles and responsibilities
- Advertiser is responsible for the legality, clarity and fairness of tasks and payouts.
- Worker is responsible for honest execution, accuracy of reports and compliance with task conditions.
Accounts and access
Only one account per person. Multi-accounting, impersonation or sale of accounts is prohibited.
Keep your credentials secure. Actions from your account are deemed performed by you.
Tasks and reports
Tasks must contain clear, verifiable instructions and not require actions that violate law or third-party policies.
Reports must reflect real results. Falsification, bot activity or artificial metrics are forbidden.
Payments and settlements
Funding, payouts and internal transfers are processed as described in “Payment & Delivery”.
We may hold or reverse transactions in case of disputes, fraud suspicion or rule violations.
Prohibited activities
Fraud, spam, bots, traffic manipulation, illegal content, hate, pornography, scams, gambling promotion, MLM/pyramids and currency exchange are prohibited.
Circumventing technical restrictions or interfering with platform operation is not allowed.
Moderation and restrictions
We may moderate tasks and reports, request additional data and reject non-compliant materials.
We may limit features, suspend or terminate access if violations or abuse are detected.
Liability and warranties
The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific results for campaigns or earnings.
We are not liable for third-party resources or actions of other users.
Intellectual property
Do not upload or request content that infringes copyrights or trademarks.
By publishing materials on SeoBoost, you grant us a limited license to process and display them for service operation.
Privacy and data
We process data in accordance with our privacy approach and security standards.
Do not request personal data from users beyond what is necessary and lawful.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud or non-compliance with these rules.
Disputes
Primary dispute resolution is via support tickets. If unresolved, governing law and jurisdiction apply as set in “Payment & Delivery”.
Governing law
Relations are governed by the law of our place of registration unless mandatory consumer rules dictate otherwise.
Changes to rules
We may update these rules. The current version is always available on this page.
